Tipeemso Development is the real estate and investment company of the Tallcree Tribal Government. Its main asset is a prime property in West Edmonton, including a hotel, The Lodge by Tipeemso, and other commercial space.
This site will become Tallcree Edmonton West, a new reserve located in a key redevelopment corridor adjacent to the future Light Rail Transit system and Jasper Place Terminal. It offers direct access to destinations across the city.
Development is planned between 2025 and 2030 and will include market housing, retail, and commercial facilities that support long-term growth and create opportunities for Tallcree members.
